This service not only adds real value to your business but also helps your organisation to adhere to the Equality Act of 2010. The act requires employers to ensure that employees are adequately equipped to carry out their role and that you as an employer have made all the ‘reasonable adjustments’ necessary to support them.

Working together

We offer support to a wide range of public and private firms by providing proactive, detailed assessments designed to support both the employee in their role and to benefit the employer through improved efficiency.

Our experienced team of fully-qualified assessors operate across the UK.  At your request, we will agree a mutually suitable time and visit the employee at their workplace. The interview will be conducted face-to-face, according to the employee’s preferred communication method.

The assessment reviews the employee’s medical history, his/her current role, what’s involved and how he/she work within the usual environment. Together we will identify any issues that are hindering the employee within his/her role and work together to identify suitable solutions.

We find a great many issues can be easily resolved on the day and where possible our experienced assessor will make such recommendations at the time. The assessor will then complete a detailed, concise report which clearly outlines any issues and offer possible solutions and recommendations. Included in the report will be quotes for any recommended equipment that may be of benefit. The report will be sent directly to the employer and can then be used to decide the best route forward with the employee. We can then work together to create an appropriate action plan.
