We have created a new role within the Community & Care team – Service Manager | Full time position – 37 hours per week.

This role will oversee the Community & Care Team and ensure that the service operates with full CQC compliance, and the service users receive the best personal care and community support at an individual level.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years management experience within the health and social care or charity sector. Someone with a proven record of managing and delivering community services and managing performance and delivering improvements. An individual with the ability to lead people and teams, providing clear direction on objectives and the delivery of these.
