Uniting leading Deaf-led Charity with a first class leadership training programme provider, in a new and exciting partnership, will open more doors for ‘aspiring’ Deaf leaders.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), signed by Action Deafness (AD) and Deaf & Hearing Trailblazers (DHT), will result in a series of Deaf leadership webinars as part of the inaugural Deaf Leadership Summit. These training projects are designed to equip current leaders to progress in their chosen career and to inspire future leaders with culturally relevant training courses.

Staff from the Deaf-led charity, Action Deafness, will benefit from training and support from DHT and, in return, AD will support DHT to build its profile with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).

AD CEO Craig Crowley said: “We are delighted to partner even more closely with Deaf & Hearing Trailblazers. DHT is a pioneer when it comes to leadership issues in the Deaf sector and we are thrilled to be creating a stronger connection.”
