New ‘Deaf Lottery UK’ to support D/deaf Communities
Action Deafness is delighted to announce the launch of Deaf Lottery UK, an exciting new fundraising initiative. The lottery will be a great way for people to raise vital funds for Action Deafness, whilst having fun and getting the chance to win cash prizes! The funds raised will enable them to provide services supporting the D/deaf, Deafblind, and Hard of Hearing Communities.
With a top prize of £25,000 up for grabs each week, Deaf Lottery UK offers players a thrilling opportunity to win, while making a positive impact on the lives of D/deaf* people.
Tickets are just £1 each, with weekly draws taking place every Saturday night at 8pm.

A virtual launch event was held by Action Deafness on Tuesday 17th September to give non-profit organisations a first look at how the lottery will work, as well as giving them a chance to sign up and start fundraising, by keeping 50% of the ticket sales from their own lottery. Organisations who are interested are encouraged to visit the website for more information. By partnering with other organisations serving the D/deaf* Communities, together they can make an impact and create a more inclusive, accessible society for all.
Lottery management company, Gatherwell, has been appointed by Action Deafness to run the lottery, having successfully launched similar lotteries throughout the UK.
