New AD Communications Website Launched!

Action Deafness, a Charitable company, whose origins dates back to 1897, has officially launched its new, revamped website and corporate identity today.

According to Craig Crowley MBE, Chief Executive “the new, revamped website is closely aligned with the Charitable company’s main website, incorporating its strategic vision for growth and expansion over the next decade and beyond. We have remained in Interpreting business solutions for over 10 years by listening to our customers, stakeholders, communication professionals by building one-to-one relationships,”

Craig also commented “we are a Deaf-led Charitable company with ethical core values. We recognise the importance of constantly innovating and adapting to new ways of doing business and new video technology. Many of our consumers have seen or used our products over the last few years, but just weren’t aware of the organisation behind them — that is going to change!”

The new AD Communications website offers a clean, modern video cover design, easy-to-navigate functionality and a content-rich site experience.  The interpreting function enables customers to easily book and/or reserve from a broad range of AD Communications’ services, including Face-to-Face BSL Interpreting, Lipspeaking, Deaf Relay Interpreting, Remote Captioning and Red Dot Connect Video Online Interpreting.

Nigel Cleaver, Head of Interpreting adds: “Our goal in launching this website is to provide one more access point and online resource for contractors, stakeholders and individuals, to learn more about our interpreting solutions and how we can help them in their every-day life and work experience.”

The AD Communications website will also provide social media integration and direct links to Action Deafness Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube pages, where Action Deafness and AD Communication services and updates will appear on a regular basis.

Karen Read, Joint Chair of Action Deafness declared “we are very proud of the new website and hope it provides a useful, informative portal for our customers to get to know AD Communications and our services just a little bit better!”
