PRESS RELEASE 04.04.2016
YOUchoose launches new website!
YOUchoose, a Community and Personal Care Support Consortium, has launched a brand new website to promote its services and opportunities to a wider audience.
YOUchoose develop and deliver innovative community and personal care support to Deaf, deafblind and hard of hearing clients. This exceptional service is delivered by a dedicated team of Personal Assistants.
The ‘deaf-specific’ person-centred approach has proven to boost client confidence, reduce isolation, maintain accessibility, increase safety and help clients develop their independence.
In the wake of the economic crisis and enduring austerity, provision of health and social care has suffered dramatically. Deaf, deafblind and hard of hearing clients no longer feel safe as they do not have access to specialised support as they once did. Many have fallen through the net.
YOUchoose Consortium works with local providers to remedy this provision gap and are experiencing significant increases in demand from both clients and commissioners/stakeholders.
With more people seeking out innovative and personalised services, YOUchoose Consortium took the decision to launch a brand new website.
“For any local providers, having a website is vital in reaching a wider audience – clients and commissioners alike” stated Richard Jones, YOUchoose partner and Executive Director of Manchester Deaf Centre.
“The YOUchoose website reflects the exciting developments behind the new consortium and showcases our fresh approach to solutions for Deaf and hard of hearing people in what is clearly a new era.” says Jenny Hopkins, YOUchoose partner and Chief Executive of Gloucestershire Deaf Association (GDA)
“The Consortium has chosen a word-press, sleek design that represents its innovation and commitment to growth and creativity. By launching the new website, the consortium believes it will be able to remain relevant in a fast moving health and social care market, making a great first impression on both potential clients and commissioners” added Pam Morgan, YOUchoose partner and Director of DeafCOG PA service
YOUchoose is launching its new website from Monday 4th April 2016 and the YOUchoose Partnership will be officially launched in May 2016 during the Deaf Awareness Week.
