Enablement Officer – Hartlepool

This role is focusing on providing support to D/deaf individuals through the Hartlepool advice and information hubs or through home assessment service to encourage and promote independent living within the community.

This is a part time vacancy, 22 hours per week – Monday, Tuesday and Friday.
