Enablement Officer – Hartlepool

This is a new role focusing on providing support to D/deaf individuals through the Hartlepool advice and information hubs or through home assessment service to encourage and promote independent living within the community.

Following further expansion, we have created a new role within our team in Hartlepool.

We can be flexible with regards to working hours & working pattern so please do get in touch.
