Strategic Plan

Action Deafness Strategic Plan 2024-2027

"Creating a more accessible, equitable, equal and inclusive world"

This aspirational plan serves to constantly challenge our thinking and help us reflect on how we currently operate. It is realistic and it will help us build on our success by growing our local, regional and national reputation.

The plan incorporates the views of all our key stakeholders, partners, staff, and most importantly, the views of our valued service users/clients.

We have taken account of the changes to our service delivery and the extremely challenging economic climate in which we will be operating.

We will continue to consolidate, provide current services and develop new services in the future.

This plan will focus our attention on collaboration with key partners, explore new opportunities in the market and achieve financial sustainability.
