Fundraise For Us

Fundraise for Action Deafness

Your support means the world to us! Whether hosting a community event, taking on a personal challenge, or encouraging others to give, every little action helps when providing essential services for Deaf communities.

'You Take Action... We Deliver'

Carla's Story

Action Deafness supported Deafblind Carla (40s, Autism) in her transition to independent living (due to reduced parental support) by partnering with housing for an adapted apartment and providing Communicator Guide Support. This improved her daily living and wellbeing through community and relationships.

John's Story

Demonstrating hard work and determination, John developed his independence and confidence, mastering essential life skills like cooking, budgeting, and traveling. His newfound ability to travel independently has remarkably enhanced his social participation.

Kwame's Story

Arriving in the UK from Ghana, one Deaf attendee felt isolated with limited BSL. The local Hub became a lifeline, offering BSL learning, friendships, new skills, and boosted confidence. Now a thriving community member, he even joined a local Deaf football team.
